Our courses are primarily taught by service designers Rikke Colfach Karlsen and Anne Carstensen. The course “Get More Value from Your Meetings” is offered in collaboration with HR. In this course, you’ll learn how to get to the core of your message, create a clear narrative thread, and communicate in a way that is both understood and remembered. You’ll work with visual methods, storytelling, and practical presentation techniques that make your presentations more engaging, persuasive, and effective.

In this course, you’ll gain simple techniques and a visual toolkit to help make your communication clearer, more accessible, and more recipient‑focused. You’ll learn to view written communication as an important part of the overall service experience – and how small adjustments can make a big difference for both citizens and employees.

Meetings take up a large part of our everyday work – but do you always get the results you’re aiming for? This course provides you with practical tools and a shared framework for working with meeting culture, meeting leadership, and facilitation. The goal of the course is to enable you to facilitate discussions about meeting culture in your own workplace afterwards, and to equip you with a set of tools that can help you make your meetings more effective and more focused.
