Spinderihallerne and Kedelbygningen is a vibrant community for entrepreneurs, creators, and startups.
Spinderihallerne is a hub for some of the region's most innovative and creative startups. Our community provides a perfect base for networking, collaborations, and access to facilities in the building.
We define our community as ambitious, professional, and diverse, and to support this we aim to have a variety of business categories in our community.
What you get from us:

Practical information
Parking:
The area around Spinderihallerne has free parking. However please make sure you are not parked in an area belonging to our neighbors as this might lead to a fine. If in doubt please ask at the reception
WiFi:
Network name is SPINDERINET and a personal code is assigned to all tenants.
Food and drink:
The Café is open on weekdays. Breakfast, lunch and various beverages are available to buy. It is possible to buy a “savings-card” which will give you access to discounted prices.
Meeting and conference catering can be ordered via the reception email aikka@vejle.dk
Internal communication:
All information from Spinderihallerne is communicated to you via email - and you will be signed up to our mail list. Please email lomfo@vejle.dk if you’re not on the list.
You will also be invited into our closed Facebook group - Spinderihallernes Underliv - where information across the community is shared.
Meeting/workshop facilities and prices:
Pakkeriet:
has room for 200 people. Located next to the café, the size and location of the venue make it suitable for conferences, lectures, exhibitions, major events, presentations, and workshops. Pakkeriet is 310 m2 and is designed to provide flexible constructions. In addition, comfortable conference chairs, tables, stage, etc. is available at extra cost.
Equipment in the room:
Projectors with two large screens - Ultralite cinema screen with optimal reflection, sound system, internet, removable board, etc.
The price also includes room rent, standard setup in the conference room, standard AV equipment, and sound producer all day.
Magasinet:
is a classic meeting room with room for 36 people. It is ideal for smaller seminars, workshops, customer meetings, networking, and planning meetings.
The room is 75 m2, and flexible table setting and screening of windows are available.
Equipment in the room:
Screen, projector, and internet connection.
Laboratoriet:
is a medium-sized meeting room with room for 15 people. It is minimalistic decorated and the room encourages a free and unpretentious meeting culture. The laboratory is ideal for idea development, networking, kick-start, and innovation meetings.
The room is 54 m2, and there is the possibility of a flexible table layout.
Equipment in the room:
Projector, flip chart, internet, blackboard wallpaper on the walls.
Arkivet:
If you need to gather many people around the table, you can rent our boardroom of 65 m2 with room for 20 people around the same table. The room can be booked on a full and half-day basis, and lunch can be ordered to the room.

Large table, screen, laptop, sound, flip chart.
Fotostudio:
On the 1.st floor, you will find a large photo studio with high ceilings and good, natural light. Our photo studio has a raw industrial look. The room is empty, so you have to bring everything you need. It is possible to use our elevator (let us know when you book the room if you would like to use the elevator). Contact us for more information about renting the photo studio.
Passagen:
Passagen is the main passage of Spinderihallerne and provides entrance to Kulturmuseet, the Pakkeriet, Caféen and Spinderiet.
The passage is 800 m2 and can be booked in special circumstances. Please contact us for more information.
Spinderiet:
The space, the column, the soft light bouncing off the roof on to the concrete floor gives Spinderiet a very special raw and creative atmosphere. The first section of the space can be rented and is very suitable for open conferences, network meetings, workshops, exhibitions, etc.

Snail-mail and packages:
Tenants in studios have an assigned postbox. Packages will in most cases be delivered to your studio. If delivered outside opening hours, packages can be collected from the depot next to studio B10.
Joint meetings:
We host workshops or joint meetings a couple of times a year. The agenda can be anything from introducing new tenants, sharing ideas or projects - or something completely different. Please don’t hesitate to bring ideas or input forward to our next joint meeting.
Insurance:
It is up to you to take out necessary insurances that cover in case of theft, vandalism, damage to items, and movables. Spinderihallerne does not take any responsibility or risk for this.
Keys:
At lease start, you will be given
- A key fob to access the building
- Keys for your rented workspace
We have a couple of recurring international activities taking place weekly or monthly as well as one-off events happening throughout the year, so make sure to check out our event calendar regularly.
Every Tuesday from 3PM-8PM (holidays excepted) FabLab is open for everyone interested in technology, fast prototyping and digital creativity. Feel free to join our Facebook group FabLab Spinderihallerne Vejle for inspiration and networking opportunities.
Late Tuesdays:
Take place every Tuesday from 5PM-9PM. You can experience the informal, creative environment in Spinderihallerne. Try out the delicious food in the café, visit the cultural museum and open FabLab or join our international salons.
