It depicts the interior of Spinderihallerne, where the sky breaks through the windows and the hall’s many columns are represented in different ways. The poster conveys a playful environment which also characterizes Spinderihallerne.
The Spinderihals Poster of the Year #1!
You can now get your hands on the very first edition of the Spinderihals Poster of the Year, created by @faciofactory / Jonathan Damborg. Jonathan is part of the artistic community Arty Zone at Spinderihallerne.
The poster will be on sale for 250 DKK starting May 23 and can be purchased at our reception and café. It is signed by Jonathan and printed on high-quality, heavyweight paper.
Included with the poster is a small flyer in which Jonathan shares his thoughts behind the design. He writes, among other things:
“It depicts the interior of Spinderihallerne, where the sky breaks through the windows and the hall’s many columns are represented in different ways. The poster conveys a playful environment which also characterizes Spinderihallerne.”
The idea is that next year, a new poster (#2) will be released, featuring a different artist from the house offering his/her own artistic interpretation of Spinderihallerne.
All proceeds from the sale go to support the artist community at Spinderihallerne.
We’ve printed a limited run of 150 posters—available while supplies last. To be purchased at Spinderihallerne’s café and reception with MobilePay.
PS: If you can’t wait and would like to experience more art and artists from Spinderihallerne, then you may sign up for Dining with Art, May 22nd at 6.30 pm Til middag med Kunsten! - Spinderihallerne, where the poster will be launched and presented by @faciofactory!
