Chinese Calligraphy Workshop - Thursday, 12/2, Pakkeriet, KL. 19.00-21.00

 

This workshop is an introduction to the art of traditional Chinese calligraphy, designed especially for beginners with no prior experience.

Participants will learn about the essential tools of calligraphy — paper, ink, brush, and ink stone — and how they are used together. We will go through guided exercises with different levels of difficulty, helping you gradually become familiar with brush control, basic strokes, and simple characters.

At the end of the workshop, you will create a small personal calligraphy piece based on what you’ve learned — something you can take home as a memory.
