Workshop: Lav dit eget papir - med Mette Telling fra Randbøldalmuseet

På denne workshop får du mulighed for at fordybe dig i den gamle håndværkstradition med at fremstille dit eget papir fra bunden. Vi arbejder hands-on med fibre, pulp og papirfremstilling, og du bliver guidet trin for trin gennem processen, så du ender med unikke ark papir med deres egen struktur og karakter. Du får inspiration og vejledning med hjem til at bruge papiret videre – fx til smukke kort eller som grundlag for en lille bog.

Workshoppen foregår i Pakkeriet og er tilrettelagt som små hold med god tid til fordybelse:

• Tirsdag den 10. februar kl. 10.00–15.00

• Torsdag den 12. februar kl. 10.00–15.00

Der arbejdes i små hold på tre deltagere ad gangen, så man opfordres til at komme i god tid og være indstillet på, at der kan forekomme ventetid mellem sessionerne.

Derudover afholdes der onsdag den 11. februar en selvkørende workshop, hvor man frit kan komme forbi og arbejde med at lave papir specifikt med henblik på en bog.

Workshop: Make Your Own Paper

This workshop offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the traditional craft of making paper from scratch. Working hands-on with fibres, pulp, and papermaking techniques, you will be guided step by step through the process, resulting in unique sheets of paper with their own texture and character. You will gain inspiration and practical guidance to take home, whether you wish to use your paper for beautiful cards or as the foundation for a small handmade book.

The workshop takes place in Pakkeriet and is organised in small groups, allowing plenty of time for focus and exploration:

• Tuesday, February 10, 10:00–15:00

• Thursday, February 12, 10:00–15:00

Participants work in small groups of three at a time. Please arrive early and be prepared for possible waiting time between sessions.

In addition, on Wednesday, February 11, there will be a self-guided workshop, where participants are welcome to drop in and work independently on making paper specifically intended for a book.
